As a practice our patient’s views are important to us in shaping and developing services for our patients and improving the level of care that the surgery provides.  Currently we are looking to set up a Patient Participation Group that will enable patients to be more involved in our decision making processes.  It is expected that the group will meet on a 3 monthly basis and discuss ways in which health services within the practice and within the local area can be improved.
