As a practice our patient’s views are important to us in shaping and developing services for our patients and improving the level of care that the surgery provides.  We currently have a Patient Participation Group that enables patients to be more involved in our decision making processes.  The group meets on a 3 monthly basis to discuss ways in which health services within the practice and within the local area can be improved.
